Eligibility: Entrants must be USATT members or purchase a USATT membership with their tournament entry. Only players in good standing are allowed. All teams will consist of 3-5 players, and each team must designate a team lead. All entrants must be 18 years or older.
All players must have a USATT rating as of September 20, 2025. Unrated players will be ineligible for this tournament.
Qualifying Rating and Seed Rating: The maximum rating per player is 2400, and the team’s total qualifying rating cannot exceed 5900. For a three-person team, the qualifying rating is an average of the three players. For a four-person team, the qualifying rating is calculated by taking the average of the three lowest-rated players. For a five-person team, the qualifying rating is calculated by taking the average of the middle three players. Ratings from September 20, 2025, will be used for seeding.
To Enter: Online registration and payment at Stadiumtt.com. Payment MUST be made at the time of registration. Payment is per team.
Registration Deadline and Rating Cutoff: September 20, 2025
Officials: Club Umpire and Tournament Director: Amy Karpinski
Equipment: Six Butterfly Centrefold 25 and four Gewo CS Pro 25mm tables. Butterfly R40 3-star balls.
Clothing: Darker colors are recommended; No white clothing will be allowed. Rubber-soled shoes only. Players must follow all USATT tournament dress code regulations.
Team Round Robin Format: 10 teams of 3-5 players – Each team match will consist of three players from each team (chosen from the full complement of 3-5), playing in a best-of-five format. Individual matches will be three out of five games and must be played in order. Once a team has reached three matches won, no further matches will be played (and matches in progress will be abandoned). One team will be ABC, and the other will be XYZ. A coin flip determines which team captain gets the first choice between ABC and XYZ.
There will be a preliminary round played by seeding. The winner will move into the “A” Division and the losing team will move into the “B” Division. Each group will then play a round robin within their division The top team in each group will be declared the winner.
Entry Fee Per Team – includes lunch!!: $225 / $195 early bird – must be registered and paid by September 1, 2025.
